WHY THIS MATTERS ↘
Private markets are a multi-trillion-dollar asset class, but liquidity is slow, opaque, and costly. Tokenisation offers speed and efficiency - but only if done safely and within the rules. Nomos bridges this gap, bringing institutional credibility and technology together.
Our UK and Dubai pilots follows the IA Stage One baseline: a private, permissioned unit register - then scales in later stages as policy and infrastructure evolve. We start narrow (LP liquidity), but our rails can extend into collateral management and fully on-chain fund flows when the regulators are ready.
Major institutions are now tokenising RWAs, but secondaries are slow and bilateral. Nomos provides a clean, compliant transfer path with independent NAV and bank settlement, so LPs can adjust risk and managers can welcome new capital without re‑papering their fund.
