By working within the UK and Dubai regulatory sandboxes, we are helping to create the new, compliant rulebook for this market. We are building the trusted, efficient rails for the multi-trillion-dollar private markets to come on-chain, at the forefront of bridging the gap between TradFi institutions and the efficiency of blockchain technology.

THE ROLE ↘

THE ROLE.

This is our first commercial hire. You will be a "player-coach," responsible for validating our business model by securing our first asset manager (GP) partners. This is a founding role to build the commercial foundation of a new, regulated marketplace for private assets.

You will report to, and work directly with, the founder to build the commercial foundation of the company.

Your work will be to:

  • Originate and lead the end-to-end sales process to sign the first 5-10 GPs for our sandbox pilots, with an initial focus on the DIFC/Dubai market.

  • Leverage your existing, trusted network within the private equity and private credit communities.

  • Gather direct market feedback from GPs to help shape our product and value proposition.

  • Build the commercial "playbook" - the pitch materials, sales process, and CRM structure—that will be the foundation for our future sales team.

  • Represent Nomos as a credible and professional partner to the institutional asset management world.

WHO YOU ARE.

We are looking for a commercial leader with a proven record and a deep network.

  • You have senior-level experience in a commercial role selling to or partnering with private equity funds, private credit funds, or family offices.

  • You have a deep, trusted, and verifiable network of decision-makers at these firms, with a strong focus on the DIFC/Dubai. Experience in the UK market is a major plus.

  • You are a strategic, consultative partner who can build long-term relationships, not just a transactional salesperson.

  • You are excited by the challenge of building a commercial function from scratch in a high-growth, regulated environment.

  • You are a self-starter who is comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.

We are looking for a commercial leader with a proven record and a deep network.

  • You have senior-level experience in a commercial role selling to or partnering with private equity funds, private credit funds, or family offices.

  • You have a deep, trusted, and verifiable network of decision-makers at these firms, with a strong focus on the DIFC/Dubai. Experience in the UK market is a major plus.

  • You are excited by the challenge of building a commercial function from scratch in a high-growth, regulated environment.

This is a start-up with the benefits and challenges that brings. This is a permanent, full-time role and a key part of our founding team. We have structured the compensation to reward success.

Our offer includes:

  • A competitive salary and a performance-based bonus structure tied directly to Assets Under Management (AUM) targets, and regulatory milestones.

  • A significant equity stake as a key member of the founding team.

  • A flexible/remote role with required travel to Dubai and London.

  • Standard UK benefits (pension, private health insurance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays).

We are in the final stages of our regulatory sandbox applications, with approvals expected in Q4. We are building our founding team now to be able to execute immediately upon receiving those approvals.
