By working within the UK and Dubai regulatory sandboxes, we are helping to create the new, compliant rulebook for this market. We are building the trusted, efficient rails for the multi-trillion-dollar private markets to come on-chain, at the forefront of bridging the gap between TradFi institutions and the efficiency of blockchain technology.

THE ROLE ↘
THE ROLE.
You will own the technical design and build of our core platform.
You will report to, and work directly with, the founder.
Your work will be to:
Lead the technical build-out for our initial launch in the Dubai (DFSA) regulatory sandbox, while architecting the platform for future expansion into the UK.
Architect the Nomos platform by designing the secure integration of our institutional partners.
Write the essential, high-quality code that ties these systems together and powers our auction mechanism.
Own our technical strategy, researching new partners and technologies as the TradFi and DeFi worlds move closer.
Shape our technical culture and future hires.

We are looking for a skilled and pragmatic systems thinker who thinks like a founder.
Core Skills:
You have built software for a bank, a fund, or a fintech firm, and understand the requirements for a secure, regulated environment.
You are an expert at designing robust systems by integrating multiple third-party APIs.
You have direct, hands-on experience with public blockchains (like Ethereum) and a deep understanding of the core principles and protocols of DeFi.
You are a pragmatic architect who seeks simple, elegant solutions to complex problems.
Bonus Skills :
You have existing relationships with or a strong understanding of the key blue-chip DeFi protocols.
You are comfortable with the tension between iterating at speed (the DeFi ethos) and being meticulous (the regulated reality).
You can contribute to the business strategy, helping us expand into new products and markets.

This is a start-up with the benefits and challenges that brings. You will be a founding member of the team, with a direct and profound impact on our success. We are looking for a true partner to join us on this multi-year journey, and we have structured the compensation to reflect that.
Our offer is a combination of a competitive base salary, a life-changing equity stake, and performance bonuses tied directly to the growth of the business.
A Competitive Salary: A simple, competitive salary of £100,000 – £140,000 to provide a stable foundation.
Founding Equity: A large, meaningful equity stake in the company as our first technical hire (2-5%), vesting over four years with a one-year cliff.
Performance Bonuses: A significant, achievable bonus structure tied to key company milestones.
This will include bonuses for:
Successful completion of the technical pilot in the regulatory sandbox.
Execution of the first live, bank-settled transaction.
Reaching key Assets Under Management (AUM) targets.
Standard Benefits: A full suite of standard UK benefits, including a pension, private health insurance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Work Style: A fully remote role with a direct, honest, and grown-up work culture.
We are in the final stages of our regulatory sandbox applications, with approvals expected in Q4. We are building our founding team now to be able to execute immediately upon receiving those approvals.
